Background
Pedernales Electric Cooperative (PEC) has existing facilities in conflict with the Sam Bass Road Project. The Reimbursement Agreement for the relocations is for a total amount of $1,497,599.86. PEC is 100% eligible for reimbursement. The total anticipated reimbursement to PEC by the County is $1,497,599.86 (100% of $1,497,599.86).
