Background
This is for the approval of the first Amended and Restated Agreement with Family Hospital Medical Center (FHMC), originally approved under RFSQ #24RFSQ61 on September 24, 2024 (Agenda Item #37). The contract term is four (4) years with four (4) additional one-year renewal options. This amendment removes psychiatric services from the scope of work under the current inmate medical services agreement with Family Hospital Medical Center (FHMC). Funding source: 01.0100.0570.004116.
