Discuss, consider, and take action to approve Addendum #2 to Contract RFP #22RFP122 ePCR with a zero-cost purchase order to connect ESO and Pulsara software. This will allow communication between ESO Solutions, Inc., and CommuniCare Technology, Inc. (Pulsara) for Williamson County Emergency Medical Services.
Background
This Addendum #2 is for Contract #22RFP122vePCR2 for the EMS Electronic Patient Care Reporting (ePCR), originally approved on September 27, 2022 (Agenda Item #17), and set to expire on September 26, 2028. Zero-cost purchase order to integrate ESO Solutions, Inc., and CommuniCare Technology, Inc. (Pulsara). This will allow the two systems to communicate and improve EMS operations in Williamson County.
