Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on Contract Amendment No. 1 and Supplemental No. 1 to Work Authorization No. 1 to the Corridor A2 Segment 2 contract executed March 19, 2024, between Williamson County and LJA Engineering relating to the 2023 Road Bond Program. Project: P681 Fund Source: Road Bonds.
Background
This Contract Amendment No. 1 amends the Exhibit D - Rate Schedule in the Master Contract to allow for the addition of LJA surveying services and the execution of Supplemental No. 1 to Work Authorization No. 1, which is increased by $47,664.00 from $1,363,359.78 to $1,411,023.78 and extends the termination date to 10/31/2026.
