Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on awarding RFP #25RFP31 Temporary Labor Services Primary Master Service Agreement to the best proposer, Openwork, LLC. for Williamson County.
Background
The Purchasing Department solicited sealed bids under RFP #25RFP31 As Needed Temporary Labor for Williamson County. There were over eight hundred fifty (850) invitations sent out, one hundred thirteen (113) document takers and twenty-five (25) submissions were received. The evaluation team recommends awarding #25RFP31 to Openwork, LLC as the primary contract. OpenWork's contract is on file with the Purchasing Department per an AG ruling regarding withholding of information pursuant to the Texas Public Information Act. Therefore, the MSA with Openwork is not attached. Primary – OpenWork: If the primary supplier is unable to fulfill an order, the end user has the option to cancel that order and place the order with the back-up supplier. The term of the award is an initial three-year (3) period with two (2) optional one-year (1) renewals. The funding source is as needed, per department, per budget. Origination #2132.
