Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on the Authorized Use Agreement between Williamson County and the University of Texas-Austin.

This agreement would allow UT-Austin to film at the Juvenile Justice Center for the purposes of creating an educational video focusing on improving Juvenile Justice outcomes.  The video will be used to enhance Trauma-Informed and Restorative Practices Training across Texas. This video will focus on a youth being referred to the Juvenile Center and going through the intake process and is expected to be 4–6 minutes in length.  The areas of the facility that will be filmed will include the outside of the building, the education area, the intake area, and the detention room.  The youth in the video will be actors and no youths in the facility will be filmed as a part of this video.
