The Purchasing Department solicited sealed bids under RFP #25RFP31 As Needed Temporary Labor for Williamson County. There were over eight hundred fifty (850) invitations sent out, one hundred thirteen (113) document takers and twenty-five (25) submissions were received. The evaluation team recommends awarding #25RFP31 to Infostride, Inc. as the back-up contract. Infostride was well-prepared, addressed all interview questions in advance and offers both an online order system and an in-person point of contact. If the primary supplier is unable to fulfill an order within 48 hours, the end user has the option to cancel that order and place the order with the back-up supplier, Infostride.  The term of the award is an initial three-year (3) period with two (2) optional one-year (1) renewals. The funding source is per department, as needed and budgeted.
