Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement for Design and Engineering Services between Williamson County and Levy Dykema being dated May 6th, 2025 related to the Lake Creek Annex project.
Background
This Supplemental Agreement No. 1 to the Agreement for Design and Engineering Services is made to add additional time and compensate Levy Dykema for additional services requested by Williamson County to design the building envelope, including walls, windows, doors, roofing and foundations, ensuring proper thermal performance, moisture control, air tightness, and durability pertaining to the Lake Creek Annex project. The revised completion date is September 1st, 2025.
