Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a line item transfer for the Veterans Court Program and Drug Court Program.
Background
The line item transfer is needed in order to pay for client services for the Drug Court Program. Grant funding that was previously funding these client services was not renewed by the granting agency. The budgets for Departments 382 and 383 were done in anticipation of the possible non-renewal of some grants and the amounts needed in each department were estimates.
