Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the Agreement for Construction Services utilizing RFP #24RFP30 for the construction/installation of 5 Ton Dual Head Mini Splits at the Criminal Justice Center (CJC) server rooms project, to 5-F Mechanical Group, Inc, in the amount of Forty-Eight Thousand, Three Hundred Forty-Seven Dollars and 06/100 ($48,347.06) and authorize execution of the agreement.
Background
This project is for the CJC South IDF Rooms HVAC utilizing RFP #25RFP30 for the construction/installation of 5ton Dual Head Mini Splits at the Criminal Justice Center (CJC) server rooms project which was awarded on 04.09.2024, agenda item no. 57. This Agreement is between Williamson County and 5-F Mechanical Group, Inc, is for the CJC South IDF Rooms HVAC located at 405 MLK, Georgetown, TX 78626. Contract Audit and General Counsel reviewed. Detailed Scope of Work is attached. The funding source is 01.0100.1009.004509 and the point of contact is Gretchen Glenn.
