The Purchasing Department sent out two thousand one hundred fifty-seven (2,157) notifications with twenty-nine (29) document takers and received three (3) vendor submissions. Williamson County received bids for the purchase and delivery of asphalt mixes for construction and maintenance of highways, streets and bridges on an as-needed basis. After reviewing all the pertinent information, it was concluded that Texas Materials Group Inc. provided one of the lowest and best bids for a particular location or type of material. It is the recommendation of the Director of the Road and Bridge Department that Williamson County award this solicitation #25IFB61 Asphalt Mixes to Texas Materials Group Inc.
