Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the Service Agreement #2025327 between Williamson County and TEK84, Inc. for the Preventative Maintenance of the TEK84 Intercept Whole Body Scanner, located in the Williamson County Jail in the amount of $11,225.00 and authorizing the execution of the agreement.

This agreement will allow Williamson County to provide preventative maintenance for the TEK84 Intercept Whole Body Security Scanning System. The maintenance includes coverage of all repairs, parts and labor to ensure continuous operation of the system.  Services will also include one preventative maintenance visit for review, inspection, and potential replacement of all "wear" components before their end of life; a software system review to verify the system is operating at the latest software level; and one Radiation Safety Survey of the Intercept, as required by ANSI regulations.  This has been approved by the Auditor's Office and the Budget Office. The funding for this will be 01.0100.0570.004500 for FY25. Origination #2735.
