Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action to approve the Service and Goods Agreement #2025298 between Williamson County and Software One, Inc. for service and goods in the amount of $21,880.82, pursuant to TIPS cooperative contract #TIPS 210101, and authorizing the execution of the service agreement.

This Service Agreement will benefit Williamson County by renewing the Sharegate Migration Tool for three (3) years and providing a better discounted price for the 3-year subscription renewal.  ShareGate is used to manage and streamline content migrations within Microsoft 365, including SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.  The tool also assists with reporting, inventory, and governance during the migration process.  By committing to a three-year term, the County will receive a discounted rate, resulting in cost savings over the full term of the subscription. The funding for this subscription will be 01.0100.0510.004100 for FY25.  Origination #3108.  The Department's point of contact is Gaynelle Flag.  The vendor is publicly traded; therefore, a Form 1295 is not required.
