Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on Supplement No. 1 to Work Authorization No. 2 to the Engineering Services contract executed January 9, 2024, between Williamson County and HNTB Corporation, relating to the Road and Bridge, Project Management, Design Management, and Construction Management. Project: On-Call Fund Source: The source of Williamson County funds will be from P640 Wilco Way Extension and the Road and Bridge Division Budget.
Background
This Supplemental No. 1 to Work Authorization No. 2 is for design services performed by American StructurePoint on Wilco Way and for services performed by DKS Associates in support of the County’s CAMPO application for SS4A funding. This supplemental increases the contract fee by $359,000.00 from $2,747,703.00 to $3,106,703.00.
