Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the purchase and service contract #2025311 with Sauder Manufacturing Company for Court Refurbishments, in the not-to-exceed amount of Forty-Seven Thousand Five Hundred Thirty-Eight Dollars and Forty Cents ($47,538.40), and exempting this purchase from competitive bidding requirements as per Texas Local Government Code Discretionary Exemption 262.024(a)(7)(D) captive replacement parts or components for equipment and authorizing execution of the contract.

This is to provide bench cushion replacement of 38 benches, removal of existing seat fabric and foam, replacement of both foam and fabric and new fabric similar to the hallway benches at 227th and 395th at the Williamson County Justice Center, 405 MLK Georgetown, TX.
