Background
This is the first renewal of Contract# 24IFB72—Crack Seal Services between Williamson County and RHB Construction. The original contract was approved by the Commissioner's Court on October 22, 2024, under Agenda Item #41. The Road and Bridge Department has confirmed that the vendor has met all requirements to proceed with Renewal #1 under the same terms, conditions, and pricing as the existing contract.
