Background
This is the first renewal of Contract #25IFB2 -Commercial Lime Slurry, Hydrated Lime Slurry, and Quick lime between Lhoist North America of Texas and Williamson County for the Road and Bridge Department. The original contract terms were approved by the Commissioner's Court on 12/10/2024 through 12/09/2025, agenda item #75. The Road and Bridge Department has confirmed that the vendor has met all requirements to proceed with Renewal #1 under the same terms, conditions, and pricing as the existing contract throughout the period of 12/10/2025 through 12/09/2026.
