Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the Service Agreement #2025348 between Williamson County and Purvis Systems, Inc. for Purvis to procure, implement and install the PURVIS Fire Station Alerting System (FSAS), IP-based alerting in the Squad 30 EMS Station in the amount of $42,058.50, pursuant to Sourcewell Cooperative Contract #020625-PUR, and authorizing the execution of the agreement.
Background
This agreement will benefit Williamson County by allowing PURVIS Systems to procure, implement, and install the PURVIS FSAS (Fire Station Alerting System) IP-based alerting solution at the Medic Squad 30 EMS Station. This project will enhance emergency response operations by providing efficient and reliable station alerting technology. The funding source for this project is 01.0100.0523.005740 for FY25. Origination #3399. This has been approved by the Budget Office and Information Services. The department's point of contact is Michael Moody.
