Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the County Addendum to purchase Station Alerting equipment for Medic 28 and Medic 51 alerting systems for Williamson County EMS Stations from Purvis Systems, Inc. in the amount of $68,965.30, pursuant to Sourcewell Contract No. 020625-PUR, and authorizing execution of the addendum.
Background
Approval of purchase will support the operations of EMS Station M28 - 22799 Ronald Reagan Blvd, Liberty Hill Tx and Station M51 - 16248 Great Oaks Dr, Round Rock Tx. Purvis automates the process of alerting fire and rescue personnel, enhances communications, and decreases response times. The Purvis system was originally awarded and approved by the Commissioner’s Court in February 2015 through RFP #15RFP115. The quote is attached that outlines the different items to be purchased and installed in the EMS stations. Funding Source is 01.0100.0523.005740 for FY25. Origination #3400.
