Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action for a line item transfer for the Elections Department.
Background
The Elections Department requests a transfer of $95.000.00 from 01.0100.0492.005741 (Computer Software) to 01.0100.0492.004251 (Election Supplies) due to additional tables and supplies needed for the new voting equipment recently purchased and supplies for the upcoming November Election. Elections also requests a transfer of $10,000.00 from 01.0100.0492.005741 (Computer Software) to 01.0100.0492.003005 (Office Furniture < $5,000) to purchase furniture needed due to the recent expansion of department space. The computer software that was to be purchased in this fiscal year will have to be purchased in the next fiscal year.
