Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the Interlocal Agreement (ILA) #2026-004 between Williamson County and Capital Area Council of Governments (CAPCOG) for 9-1-1 Geographic Information Systems Database Management, and authorizing the execution of the agreement.
Background
This ILA is the annual agreement between Williamson County and CAPCOG for the delivery of 9-1-1 Geographic Information Systems Data. It is the County's system for 9-1-1 Database and Addressing Programs in the Technology Services Department FY26. This agreement first requires the County's signature as it originated with CAPCOG. Origination #3402. The department point of contact is George Strebel. Form 1295 is not required for Interlocal Agreements between public agencies.
