Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the Master Service Agreement #2026-001, between Williamson County and Camelback & Co, LLC DBA Servpro of Pflugerville, Round Rock & Georgetown for as-needed general disaster recovery and restoration services in the not-to-exceed amount of Five-Hundred Thousand Dollars ($500,000.00) per fiscal year pursuant to TIPS Cooperative Contract #250501 and authorize execution of the agreement.
Background
This Master Service Agreement is for general disaster recovery and restoration services as needed throughout Williamson County with Camelback & Co, LLC DBA Servpro of Pflugerville, Round Rock & Georgetown. The contract number for TIPS is #250501. No pricing sheet for this MSA. An as-needed Scope of Work (SOW) with quoted amount to be verified by COOP vendor, which will be supplied by PO request. This MSA will be valid as of the date of execution through July 31, 2028. The funding source is 01.0100.0509.004510, Origination #3422 and the point of contact is Shantil Moore.
