Conduct a public hearing related to an Order dissolving the Avery Ranch Road District No. 1 pursuant to Section 257.022 of the Texas Transportation Code.
Background
Avery Ranch Road District No. 1 is being dissolved. The district was created in February 2001 for the purpose of constructing and acquiring the Avery Ranch Boulevard and related improvements. The bonds were all paid off in August 2025.
