Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on authorizing renewal #1 for two additional terms of Contract #T4166 between Wells Fargo and Williamson County for Bank Depository Services for the same terms and conditions as the existing contract, for the renewal term of September 30, 2025 – September 29, 2027.
Background
This is the first renewal of Contract #T4166, between Wells Fargo and Williamson County for Bank Depository Services. One additional two-year renewal term. This renewal is issued under the same terms and conditions as the original agreement, which was approved by the Commissioners Court on August 31, 2021, under Agenda Item #19. The Treasurer’s Department has confirmed that the vendor has met all requirements to proceed with Renewal #1. The renewal will maintain the same terms, conditions, and pricing as the existing contract and will cover the period from September 30, 2025 – September 29, 2027. As Wells Fargo is a publicly traded company, a Form 1295 is not required. The funding source line item is 0100.0497.004219. The department point of contact is Scott Heselmeyer.
