Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approval of the Final Plat for the Heritage Mill North Section 1 subdivision – Precinct 4.

Background

This is the first section of the Heritage Mill North subdivision. It consists of 130 residential lots, 5 open space lots, 2 mixed-use lots, 1 green link/drainage lot, 1 green link/easement lot, 1 open space/drainage lot, 1 amenity lot, 1 pond/open space lot, and 6,550 linear feet of new roads.  Roadway and drainage construction is not yet complete, but a performance bond in the amount of $7,035,701.20 has been posted with the County to cover the cost of the remaining construction.
