Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the Master Service Agreement, 2026-022, between Williamson County and Life Safety Services, LLC for Inspection and Repair Services for Fire Exhaust Systems in the not-to-exceed amount of $200,000.00 per fiscal year pursuant to Sourcewell’s Cooperative Contract #031125- LSS and authorize execution of the agreement.
Background
This Master Service Agreement Inspection and Repair Services for Fire Exhaust Systems between Williamson County and Life Safety Services LLC is to be able to utilize the vendor for services as they arise. This MSA will be valid as of the date of execution through May 19, 2029. Each project will be initiated with a work order and purchase order. The funding source is 01.0100.0509.004500, Origination #3464 and the point of contact is Christi Stromberg.
