Discuss, consider and take action regarding a reimbursement agreement with the Williamson Central Appraisal District in connection with its agreement with Aviation Captial Partners, LLC concerning the recovery of property taxes on aircraft assets.

The Williamson Central Appraisal District has entered into an agreement with Aviation Capital Partners, LLC to assist the District in the audit of, and listing for taxation, of business use aircraft located at, or which have taxable situs at the Georgetown Municipal Airport and which may not currently be on the Districts tax rolls.  The payment is based on the annual review ("audit") of business use aircraft that are added to the certified roll and the approved tax roll of the applicable taxing units because such business use aircraft was not previously listed for taxation.  Georgetown ISD and City of Georgetown have executed the reimbursement agreement along with the Appraisal District.
