Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on awarding RFP # 25RFP66 Plumbing Services, as needed, to 5-F Mechanical Group Inc., in the amount of One Million Dollars ($1,000,000.00) per fiscal year, and authorize execution of the agreement.

Williamson County sent out over seven hundred eighty (849) notifications and received five (5) submissions. The evaluation committee is recommending that 5-F Mechanical Group Inc. be awarded RFP # 25RFP66 Plumbing Services to provide plumbing services on an as-needed basis for Williamson County’s owned premises. If the primary service provider is unable to provide services, then the end user has the option to cancel that order and place the order with the back-up service provider. This contract takes effect October 1, 2025, and continues until September 30, 2027, and may renew for up to four (4) additional one-year terms.
