Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving a Service and Maintenance Agreement #2026-020 with Unified Power for Uninterruptible Power Supply devices (UPS) for a one-year term in the Williamson County Emergency Services Operations Center (ESOC), located at 911 Tracy Chambers Ln, Georgetown, Tx 78626, in the amount of $9,459.26, and authorizing the execution of the agreement.
Background
The Emergency Services Operations Center (ESOC) at 911 Tracy Chambers Lane, Georgetown, Texas, 78626, relies on an Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) system to maintain continuous operations during power disruptions. To ensure reliability and minimize the risk of equipment failure, it is recommended that we enter into an annual preventative maintenance contract with Unified Power. Unified Power specializes in UPS service and support and this contract will provide regular inspection, testing, and maintenance services necessary to keep the system operating at optimal performance.
