Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving Addendum under contract #2026-032 with Bentley Systems, Inc. for OpenRoads Designer Select Subscription in the amount of $20,850.00, exempting this from the standard Williamson County Terms and Conditions, and authorizing execution of the agreement.
Background
OpenRoads Designer platform introduces a new 3D parametric modeling design environment providing capabilities for surveying, drainage, subsurface utilities, roadway design and site design. TxDOT has created the design templates and standards to be used for ORD software program, used by R&B. Both Contract Audit and General Counsel have reviewed Origination ticket# 3080. Funding source is 01.0200.0210.004505 and Departments point of contact is Jenifer Favreau. The vendor is publicly traded, therefore a Form 1295 is not required.
