Discuss, consider and take appropriate action regarding approval and receipt of the Vehicle Reimbursement Agreement with The Fellowship Church for off-duty contracting of County Sheriff's Deputies to be effective October 1, 2025 (Traffic control & security during various church services in Round Rock).
Background
This is the annual renewal agreement that will give permission for The Fellowship Church to contract County Sheriff's deputies in a private capacity and the County to invoice them for deputies' vehicle usage. The agreement will begin on October 1, 2025, and will terminate on September 30, 2026.
