Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action regarding Change Order No. 1 in the amount of ($25,548.00) for Project 24IFB33 Bud Stockton at FM 487 Traffic Signal (Austin Traffic Signal).

This Change Order provides the final balancing for the overruns/underruns of Contract quantities on the project that are a result of addressing field conditions not accounted for in the original plans.

This Change Order results in a net decrease of $25,548.00 to the Contract amount, for an adjusted Contract total of $528,435.00. The original Contract amount was $553,983.00. As a result of this and all Change Orders to-date, $25,548.00 has been deducted from the Contract, resulting in a 4.61% net decrease in the Contract cost. No additional days will be added to or deducted from the Contract as a result of this Change Order.
