Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on Contract Amendment No. 2 and Work Authorization #2 to the Chandler Corridor Segment 1 contract executed September 29, 2022, between Williamson County and Gannett Fleming, Inc. relating to the LTP/Corridor Program.
Background
This Gannett Fleming, Inc. Contract Amendment No. 2 increases the compensation cap by $500,000.00 from $1,028,762.90 to $1,528,762.90 to allow for the execution of Work Authorization No. 2. The Work Authorization No. 2 is for additional design services in the amount of $436,237.00 and terminates on August 31, 2026. Project: P599 Fund Source: Road and Bridge
