Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving an amendment to the Euna Contract (fka Bonfire) increasing the annual fee from $60,599.99 to 65,549.99, as per DIR contract #DIR-TSO-4363, and authorizing the execution of the agreement.

Background

This amendment adds a license for an additional staff member as approved in the FY26 budget. The agreement term ends on September 30, 2026. Contract Audit and General Counsel have reviewed this amendment. Funding sources are 01.0503.004505 and 01.0100.0494.003011. Department Point of Contact is Kerstin Hancock.
