Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the Master Service Agreement, 2026-029, between Williamson County and Iris Group Holdings, LLC DBA Everon, LLC for Security Alarm Monitoring Maintenance and Repair Services, in the not-to-exceed amount of $100,000.00, pursuant to Sourcewell’s Cooperative Contract #121024 - EVER, and authorize execution of the agreement.
Background
This Master Service Agreement for Security Alarm Monitoring Maintenance and Repair Services between Williamson County and Iris Group Holdings, LLC DBA Everon, LLC is to be able to utilize the vendor for services as they arise. This contract continues until February 18, 2029. Each project will be initiated with a work order and purchase order. The funding source is 01.0100.0509.004500, Origination #3588 and the point of contact is Christi Stromberg.
