Sur., Acres 47.993) in the Tax Abatement Reinvestment Zone No. 2, being located in Jarrell, Texas, with estimated cost of the improvements being approximately $42 million dollars for the warehouse space and ancillary facilities, which includes buildings and other real property improvements and tangible personal property including machinery and equipment.
