Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on authorizing the extension of the Blackland County Heritage Park Farm Lease #T4520 for one (1) additional year, from October 1, 2025, through September 30, 2026, under the same terms and conditions as the existing lease, with an updated rental amount of $25,875.00 per year.
Background
Authorize the extension and renewal of the farm leases at Blackland County Heritage Park for a period of one (1) additional year, extending the term from October 1, 2025, through September 30, 2026. The Parks Department has confirmed that the lessee, Randall Fischer, has met all applicable county requirements associated with the current lease agreements.
