Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the amendment to the Jail Central Control Upgrades contract #2024302 with Securitas Technology Corporation, originally approved on 09.17.2024, under agenda item #49, and authorize the execution of the amendment, to extend the project through October 31, 2025.
Background
The amendment only provides a time extension at no additional cost. Facilities Management requested an amendment to extend the service agreement from the initial project end date of July 16, 2024, and first amended project date approved by the Commissioners Court, 7.15.2025, under agenda item #45 to September 30, 2025, to the new project end date of October 31, 2025.
