Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approval of the final plat for the Santa Rita Ranch Phase 7C Section 3 subdivision – Precincts 2 & 3.

This is the next section of the Santa Rita Ranch Phase 7C development. It consists of 82 single family lots, 2 open space/landscape/utility lots, 1 open space/drainage/landscape/utility lot and 3,733 linear feet of new public roads.  Roadway and drainage construction is not yet complete, but a performance bond in the amount of $3,131,543.00 has been posted with the County to cover the cost of the remaining construction.

2025-03-03 – initial submittal of the final plat
2025-04-03 – 1st review complete with comments
2025-09-29 – 2nd submittal of final plat
2025-10-13 – 2nd review complete with comments cleared
2025-10-13 – receipt of final plat with signatures
2025-10-14 – final plat placed on the October 21st, 2025 Commissioners Court agenda for consideration
