Background
Avaap U.S.A. LLC and Workday, Inc. submitted a joint response to RFP #25RFP21. The Workday ERP Cloud Solution, with implementation services provided by Avaap U.S.A., will replace the system(s) currently used by Williamson County. Workday is a cloud-based enterprise software platform that provides cloud applications for finance, HR, and planning. It is used by organizations to manage a wide range of administrative functions, such as human capital management, financial management, and analytics, all within a single, unified system. Williamson County received seventeen (17) submissions to the solicitation, there were two-hundred twelve (212) document takers, and advertisement was facilitated through Euna (formally Bonfire) to over seven hundred fifty (750) vendors.
