Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approval of the preliminary plat for the Yellowstone Phase 1 subdivision – Precinct 4.

This proposed subdivision consists of 553 lots, 3 green space/drainage/utility lots, 2 green space/utility lots, 2 green space/drainage lots, 1 green space lot, and 17,204 linear feet of new roads on 129.1 acres.

2025-07-08 – 4th submittal of preliminary plat
2025-07-23 – 4th review complete with comments
2025-09-29 – 5th submittal of preliminary plat
2025-10-13 – 5th review complete with minor comments
2025-10-14 – 6th review complete with comments cleared
2025-10-14 – preliminary plat placed on the October 21st, 2025 Commissioners Court agenda for consideration
