Background
Williamson County sent out Four Hundred and Forty-Four (448) notifications with Forty-Eight (48) document takers and received Five (5) submittals. The responses were evaluated and the top-rated vendor, Blackhawk Fire & Safety LLC, submitted a Best and Final Offer (BAFO) and a contract was negotiated. It is recommended that Williamson County award this Master Service Agreement to Blackhawk Fire & Safety LLC.
