Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving revised upfitting quotes from Lake Country Chevrolet for County Vehicles SA1906 & SB2028, originally approved by Commissioner's Court on September 23, 2025 (Item #62), reflecting a cost reduction of $380.05 per vehicle and a total savings of $760.10 to the County.

The Williamson County Commissioner's Court previously approved quotes from Lake Country Chevrolet for County vehicles SA1906 and SB2028 on September 23, 2025, and under Agenda item #62.  The original upfitting quotes were $33,628.29 per vehicle.  Following a review and adjustment of upfitting costs, new quotes have been provided in the amount of $33,248.24 per vehicle, resulting in a reduction of $380.05 per unit and a total savings of $760.10 to the County.  Approval of the revised quotes will authorize the processing of payment based on the updated pricing and ensure accurate records of the FY26 Countywide Vehicles Purchases.  This change was requested by the Sheriff's Office.  Origination #3543 for FY26.
