This Amendment to the Work Order Agreement adds the true-up cost of $4,802.33 to year two (2) Support total of $132,630.73. This agreement supports Williamson County Information Systems in maintaining all Microsoft platforms utilized across County operations. Microsoft Corporation is providing services through the Microsoft Master Services Agreement, under vendor contract #U9038431 and State of Texas DIR Contract #DIR-CPO-4911. The services bundle includes advisory services, on-site and remote support, problem resolution, webcasts, and other resources to ensure the continued functionality of Microsoft systems.
