Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on an Amendment to the Commercial Real Estate Listing Agreement between Williamson County, Texas and Brinegar Properties to extend the listing agreement from its current expiration date of October 1, 2025, to September 30, 2026, in relation to the sale of the commercial real estate located 747 CR 138, Hutto, Texas pursuant to the terms of said Commercial Real Estate Listing Agreement and in accordance with Texas Local Government Code Section 263.008.
