Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action to approve the Service and Goods Contract #2026-066 between Mobile Communication America (MCA) and Williamson County for Security Cameras for the new Williamson County Headquarters Building in Georgetown in the not-to-exceed amount of $197,494.63, pursuant to DIR Cooperative Contract #DIR-CPO-4494, and authorizing the execution of the contract. Funding source is P577.
Background
Approval of this item will support operations for Information Services for the installation of video surveillance for Williamson County's new Headquarters Building in Georgetown. All cameras will be added to Williamson County's existing Enterprise base license. All cabling, pathways, and conduits shall be provided by another vendor. System installation includes hardware, system licenses, and configuration unless otherwise stated. Project completion date is initially set to be on or before April 30, 2026. However, this date may be amended at the sole discretion of the County. The funding for this project : P577; 2021 TAN; Task 4.2 for FY26. Origination #4019.
