Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action regarding Change Order No. 7 in the amount of ($240,227.75) for Project 24IFB57 Ronald Reagan Blvd. Widening (Chasco Constructors).

Background

This Change Order revises the grading of Tower Road and the storm sewer system to ensure all improvements remain within the existing right-of-way (ROW) and easements. Additionally, it modifies the profile of Ronald Reagan Boulevard to provide a smoother tie-in at the intersection with Tower Road. Please see the attached Change Order for additional details. This Change Order results in a net decrease of $240,227.75 to the Contract amount, for an adjusted Contract total of $52,242,520.75. The original Contract amount was $52,159,299.00. As a result of this and all Change Orders to-date, $83,221.75 has been added to the Contract, resulting in a 0.16% net increase in the Contract cost. No additional days will be added to or deducted from the Contract as a result of this Change Order.  P: 336 Funding Source 2019 Road Bond in Commissioners Precinct 2.
