The evaluation committee is recommending Central Texas Elevator, LLC be awarded RFP #25RFP78 Elevator Maintenance and Repair Services to provide Elevator Maintenance and Repair Services on a routine and as-needed basis for several Williamson County-owned premises. This contract takes effect on the last party’s execution and continues until September 30, 2028, and may be renewed for up to three (3) additional one-year terms.
