Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on an order declaring an emergency and a grave necessity due to unforeseeable circumstances and approve a budget amendment for unspent 2025 donation dollars for Veteran Services.
Background
Veteran Services received donations throughout the year. At the end of Fiscal Year 2025, $18,985.00 remained in unspent donation dollars. This amendment is to appropriate those unspent 2025 donations to be spent in 2026.
