Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on an amendment to the Interlocal Agreement with the City of Granger for funding the Water and Wastewater Improvement Project.
Background
On October 28, 2025, the Commissioners Court voted to obligate additional funds to the City of Granger for its water and wastewater improvement project. The initial ILA approved on March 25, 2025, was for $690,704. An additional $253,415.70 was approved in October, bringing the new amount to $944,119.70. Funds will be paid from ARPA interest.
